I loved the location right on the lake. It made for fine views (especially at sunset!). the free shuttle to the train station was super convenient. It saved me a lot of hassle with my luggage. my room had a private terrace. It was lovely!

The restaurant view of the lake was very nice. Breakfast had many choices. Shuttle service from the railway station was easy. I was like in heaven, and I loved it!
The alpine spa wasn't well-kept, there were no clean glasses and used dirty glasses were all over the counter. There were no clean towels either. Wet dirty towels were everywhere.

great view comfortable room dirty cups steep slope
the location was fantastic close to the train station. it provided really great views across the lake. our room was quite spacious and very comfortable. it was a double room and was upgraded with views across the lake so that was nice.
i found very dirty cups in the room, they were stuck on the surface. the room was small. the slope to the hotel from the train station was steep. it was also snowy and slippery with heavy luggages.
